ABOUT US
Emergent Design Labs was formed to create unique and exciting gaming experiences and bring these experiences to the market. We are an independent tabletop gaming company founded in Calgary, Alberta, Canada in 2017.
THE TEAM
Co-Founders and lead game designers Alex Molton and Joshua Baddeley share between them an intimate knowledge of game design and player psychology. Together they bring almost two decades of expereince in Graphic Design, 3D Prototyping, Production & Quality Assurance, Art Direction, and User Experience to the table.
OUR MISSION, VISION, AND VALUES
Our core tenant in both design and business is "player first". We want to create high quality products that immerse the player and create engaging and memorable visuals and experiences, while also respecting the player in terms of time and accessibility;
Simply put: We want to create games that we ourselves want to play and we aim to be the type of developers that we as players would admire and respect.
